Absolutely love Wonderstate
We are so happy when an order comes from Wonderstate! Our village has less than a hundred people, and the postmistress smiles whenever she hands us the package because she has been enjoying the aroma. I've promised to bring her a cup of coffee on her birthday - maybe sooner. Organic Off Grid Super Dark Roast is our favorite at present, but we love every blend and roast we have tried. Dark and full-bodied
This is the PERFECT dark roast - full body deep and not bitter or burnt tasting.
Fine grind gives the perfect espresso with plenty of crema. I use it for cold brew and it's perfectly bold and smooth, without any funky faint pesticide smell like other major coffee brands. I will be loyal to this brand for life!!

Love love love
After having several coffee memberships for a couple of years and systematically Taste testing and tracking the flavors off grid came to the top every time it is one of the most delicious coffees we've ever had! I used to be a coffee shop owner, so I've tasted a lot of coffee and this coffee is amazing. We hope that they never go out of business cause we don't know what we'll do.

Organic Off Grid Super Dark Roast

Not for the faint of heart, Off Grid is roasty, smoky, and unquestionably bold. A blend so dark it’s off the map, Off Grid goes deeper and darker than we've ever gone before. For those who like to cut their coffee with a knife, or who take a little cream.

Going off the grid is a daring choice, whether you’re exploring the backcountry or a new way of thinking. But, like generating 100% of our roastery’s electricity from our own solar panels, we know there is much to be gained in traveling beyond the boundaries of your imagination.

So what does it take to travel beyond the boundaries of roast level? We found it takes incredibly sweet coffees that will hold up to longer roast times and higher temperatures. The coffees we use in Off Grid are robust and tenacious, able to meet the challenge of an unprecedented roast. We push them to that perfect threshold where the sugars caramelize and leave us with a flavor reminiscent of baker's chocolate.

Darkly brilliant yet as cozy as an A-Frame in the woods, this blend’s as close as we’ll ever come to s’mores.
